​We are exploring a special Living Superfood retreat to Jamaica February 2018.  It’s a 7 seven-day journey into paradise to learn how to heal ourselves with nature’s most powerful medicine…FOOD, as we wake up each morning to Kemetic Yoga and end with an adventure up the Blue Mountains.

 

If you’ve read my books and tried my food, the next logical step is to do a full course on how to become an advanced nutritional consultant and living food  chef.  On our last retreat several members achieved miraculous healing and rejuvenation within the first 3 days.
